We hired Maria Lomeli in early January to represent my daughter in a case against our granddaughter’s father. It was a simple parenting time case. Not only did they charge $350 for a consult where most attorneys do not, not sure if they think they are so much better. Well we found out they are not, Maria in a little over a months time used over $3000 of our money and did absolutely nothing to represent our concerns. We couldn’t afford to waste any more money and thus made the choice to take a loss and start over. In hindsight it goes to prove they never did care about their client as they never did check back to ask why we were disappointed and we had to follow up with them numerous times to get the balance that remained for a refund!! I wish attorneys would be more upfront instead of so money hungry!!!
