Both Ian and Zoltan were extremely helpful in getting me a good settlement which allowed me to recoup a high percentage of the expenses for fixing the house after a leak (and mold). They negotiated with the insurance company and I receive a settlement which was a reasonably high percentage of the expenses without going to court. My recommendation would be to reach out to them immediately if you have a loss, rather than trying to navigate the insurance claim process yourself. You will probably have a better resolution (less money out of your pocket) and a lot less stress.

After an insultingly low settlement offer from our insurance company following a claim, we decided to contract their firm. We were very nervous to escalate things, but it was 100% the right move.
