I'm a parent of a bipolar schizoaffective and my son is 31 years old. In July of, 2023, I took my son to Enloe ER and he came back incompetent by the butte county behavioral health puff unit did whatever they did to him and our family took him out of the state of California to Reno NV to obtain Emergency mental health crisis support and the Reno hospital took him in and found him incompetent by the family Courts. after a year of running around in Reno and Northern Calif to end up with a three strikes law against my son. Saul told me 25 to life and they took it back and told me it isn't my responsibility and what happened to my son, is . bunch of crap and has done nothing but obtained another forensics psychologist and make weeks in advance to place and incompetent man and another man in the APod for 23 hours inside a closet cell to 1 hour outside is inhumane and we keep getting the same story from Saul he hasn't seen my son and the weight he has lost and says is hungry everyday in jail..he needs to be in mental health institution now that will help him recover humanely. butte county is toxic and sick in the courts for mental health folks we need better lawyers who are awoke to the mental health national crisis we are in and is willing to stand up for change then to turn face.
