John was a godsend to my family and me. He took care of us and was very patient. Explaining our options and looking out for us. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a good lawyer. Just FYI, I sent a friend to John, who advised him he had a weak case. My friend unfortunately didn't take John's good advice and ended up paying a lot of wasted money to a less scrupulous lawyer. So beware and take some of these reviews with a grain of salt.

I have referred many cases to Bill and John. They are incredibly professional and only take cases with real merit. They have done such a great job with the clients I have referred to them.

They lie about taking sepsis cases (septic shock deaths in this case). The first trip to the hospital in February my wife contacted staph and it turned sepsis while in there that alone is on the hospital. Then 6 months later she ended up back in the hospital for suspected infection due to her CRP and ESR both being well over 100 and she had a history of infections like staph, Osteomyelitis, pseudomonas all in that 6 month period but the hospital didn't run a thorough battery of tests and the issue that put her in the hospital turned sepsis then she went into septic shock and died due to not running enough tests to find the infection that started all this. The hospital didn't even take her off the long term IV antibiotic to do an accurate blood culture and antibiotics will cause a false negative for bacterial infections.

My wife and I hired John to assist us in a medical negligence case. John demonstrated a commendable willingness to challenge the defendant, facing their very aggressive tactics head-on, and was well-prepared to navigate through their attempts to dismiss or settle the case for very little money. Throughout the process, John exhibited exceptional thoroughness, promptly addressing my numerous inquiries. What stood out most in our interactions was our collaborative approach in formulating strategies and determining the next steps. John would present the legal facts along with his expert opinion, and together we would explore various options. This dynamic exchange, I believe, ultimately contributed to an agreeable outcome in my case.

Called their office and was told a nurse would return my call when she was available. No callback, but did receive a letter saying they did not want to represent me even though they had no idea what had happened to me during my 12 day stay in the hospital. had a 5.8 cm mass explode in my lung, having fluid end up in my plura. 21 days later they took out the chest tubes which caused so much pain I was on 10mg of Oxy every three hours. All could have been avoided had the attending just start me on anti biotics. Avoid this firm, they don't even inquire about your injury when you contact them.
