Bill Sandweg and John Ager are both Certified Specialists in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. We have been litigating cases in Phoenix and throughout Arizona for over 70 years combined. Many reputable state and national organizations have recognized us for being among the best medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death lawyers in Arizona. We founded Sandweg & Ager to focus exclusively on helping the victims of personal injury and wrongful death, especially those who have been harmed by medical negligence. We have a reputation in the legal community as hardworking lawyers with an unwavering dedication to our clients and their interests.
John is a one of a kind advocate! He truly cared not only about seeking reparation in my case, but also about my well-being. As a client, I felt respected, listened to, and validated by his expertise and counsel. He and his staff were compassionate, supportive, and communicative throughout the legal process. I recommend his law firm to anyone seeking legal assistance in cases of medical negligence.
John is an absolute professional. We were referred by another respected attorney who didn’t practice the type of law we were seeking. We could not have been more pleased with how he handled our delicate case. He was thorough, compassionate and effective. We highly recommend John Ager.
Linda really doesn’t like listening to you, just like all the other bad reviews say, she talks over you and doesn’t even bother to listen. “For every 100 cases we get we turn down 99 of them”, so apparently she only likes looking for cases with demonstrable physical damage towards the person.
That’s what she basically said, because “when we start working on cases, it’s very easy to invest upwards of 10, to $50,000 and if we don’t win we take the hit”. Well I’m sorry, but that’s how law works, you don’t always win every case you take on, but hey works for me.
I already have other lawyers who are willing to be retained, and when I win my case, I’ll be sure to call y’all and let you know how much you guys missed out on making.
John, literally "attempted" to interrogate the living shhhhhh out of me with 13 minutes and 22 seconds of questioning & boredom (YES, I kept track) 😴!!!! Thank goodness I'm constipated, due to injuries 🤨🤣😳......
I politely removed myself from the phone depiction, so much for a potential client 🤦♀️😉....Dodged a bullet with this firm!
John, Linda, and the lady at the front desk are just the sweetest kindest people I have ever meet. I still have a long journey to go with them, but I wouldn't want any other attorney. They are always willing to answer any questions, and as much as I try not to take them away from working, they have always made sure to let me know to call anytime. Its nice to feel like I'm not bothering them. such a GREAT team!!!!
In the past I had bad experiences with my attorney on a settlement with my back injury. Your firm has made me feel like I could trust again.
John is wicked smart and yet easy to talk to. I would not hesitate to call him to represent you. He's honest and reliable and is your best bet to achieve...
