My husband and I were referred to this firm by Nick Bender and Jake Hinks weeks ago. We immediately have reached out multiple times through website contact form and multiple phone calls. Voicemails have been left with Steven and Xena. Nobody has ever emailed or returned our calls! We were told it’s unusual to not hear back this long and are totally embarrassed and stumped this reference hasn’t risen to the occasion. One friend insisted that our case may still be best served by this law agency but we have developed doubts because we have been ignored. We still want to think that our law friends gave us a good reference but I have no reason to revoke this review until they email, call or respond to anything properly to render service to me or Chris.
