Yes, my xwife retained them and they destroyed any chance of me or my x having anything to split because they lead my x wife to believe she could get everything we had together. That was far from the truth in Ga. Its 50/50 here. Her attorney dragged it on for 3 years and she ended up with nothing because of it. I would never recommend a firm like this one unless you just want to pay a lawyer and both of you end up way worse off than you could of been without them .

Definitely recommend Ms. Sanders for a divorce/ child custody attorney. I did my research and I am 150% satisfied I chose the way I did. No nonsense, very professional. Rest assured, Carmel knows her profession and does what she does above and beyond. I would be terrified if I was the opposing party in court against Carmel. Anybody who asks me about a divorce attorney, I recommend her, no doubt.

I was told the retainer would be $3500 for divorce and I went in for a consultation which I paid $350 for. I spent all of 15 minutes in her office before being dismissed and when I called back to get paperwork started, was then told it would be a $10,000 retainer fee which is absurd. I would have never entertained this attorney or went in for a consult knowing it was $10k. Make sure you get in writing the retainer fee before paying the consult fee. I feel like I was ripped off.

Nobody goes into a divorce attorney's office on a winning streak but you can at least rest assured Carmel is the best representation you can get in middle Georgia. She knows her stuff and isn't afraid to represent you with tenacity and fire if the other side is unreasonable. I can't recommend her enough. Her staff is fantastic and very professional and helpful as well.

Carmel is likely the best attorney in Macon, maybe even Georgia. Her no nonsense approach makes her a force to be reckoned with. However, this amount of knowledge and professionalism doesn't come without a price. If you need an ally when it comes to custody, there is none better, just have your check book handy.
