My parents and I called to see if our immigration case would be something they are able to help and do. The lady who answered the call was super helpful and asked us to send all current paperwork we have on my parents case. So we did a week before the appointment. The appointments are 100 dollars so we paid the fee and when the date of our appointment came my parents drove the 2hrs to Phoenix and were then asked to fill out some other paper work. At this point nothing seemed out of the ordinary until my parents went in to meet with attorney Sanchez and it is here where we had issues with the treatment and lack of professionalism by the attorney. We began by saying we will not take on the case, in kind of a rude way, talking about he doesn’t have the time to waste on their case, and that this was a super easy but wouldn’t take it on. And he knew he wasn’t going to take the case before the meeting even took place, the way of speaking to my parents was very unprofessional and felt like he wanted us to keep the appointment so we had to pay the 100 dollar fee instead of telling us from the beginning that we could not take our case. And during the meeting very little effort was made to answer some of our questions to see how we could go about our case and what he recommended. I hope the people who go here have a better experience than us.
