I contacted Dawn Salas and the initial contact I had with her was pleasant and comforting. She had excellent soft skills and offered me multiple options in getting my daughter her immigration papers. We signed an engagement letter and then communication just stopped. I wanted to speak with her briefly, but was unable to have an appointment without paying a fee. I was also told that the appointment fees that were collected would be applied to my balance. Unfortunately, I received a letter today that stated that Dawn Salas was not interested in representing me in any matter. Wow, thanks a lot for the horrible service!
