DO NOT HIRE! He is young, inexperienced or Lazy! He dose not communicate very well unless it’s concerning his payment! I suggest you do a face to face interview with this man before you spend your money! When you are concerned and or have questions for him you will not receive an appointment. But instead he will keep a chunk of your money and then withdraw from the case! I have to take responsibility 4 the 1750$ he kept of our money due to when the Attorney (that is very good and I trust) felt the need to tell me he would oversee the case I should’ve known then if he wasn’t completely confident in him I shouldn’t have hired Mr.Phelan!! I have never left a negative review on anyone but this attorney is in the wrong business! I would not except him if he was court appointed! Do your research before hiring an attorney! Not everyone is honest!!
