Brian has a tremendous amount of experience. It would seem to me that Brian treats his practice as a partnership with his clients. The client must be active in their case and assist in the legal process. Brian involves his clients in plans to produce evidence to substantiate their claims. It would seem that Brian is less concerned with sophism and rhetoric as he is more interested in what is objectively true. I appreciate Brian's time in my situation and would recommend him to anyone seeking the truth being made manifest in their legal troubles.

We hired Brian back in June 2024 to help with custody issues with my abusive ex-husband. We had him for about 5 months, paid him thousands and thousands of dollars and never saw a single motion filed from him. He was very difficult to get ahold of, often taking days to respond to emails, and then charging very high prices for a line or two response. He blew through all our money to the point where I was afraid to reach out to him to find out if our case was progressing because I knew each time I did he would charge me hundreds of dollars for a vague response. At one point my ex husband kidnapped our child for 17 days and his advice was not to upset him and play nice until he gave our son back. He wanted me to play nice to the man who physically abused and terrorized me for years instead of helping. He never once filed anything to attempt to get him back or give any sort of consequence. Once we hired new representation our new attorney was extremely surprised that nothing had been filed or done in the case and started doing actual work immediately. I trusted Brian when I was scared and vulnerable and feel as though he took advantage of us. After we parted ways we got an additional invoice from him for over $400, after we had already paid him over $3,500, for answering emails. When we reached out to him stating we felt the charges were unfair he threatened to use his own attorney against us. We feel as if Brian wasted our money and took advantage of us when we needed help most. We would not recommend his legal services to anyone.

I came to Mr. Sleeth for a minor legal need via a referral from Metlife. I am happy to say that the outcome of my petition was better than I had asked for! Other than a delay due to a communication error, which we resolved (and was partially on me for missing the Reply All button on one correspondence), things went well. He did a great job of informing me about the hearing process before entering the courtroom, and gave me an accurate picture of what would happen once it was resolved.

I reached out to them on September 13th through their website, gave all of my contact information, left a brief description of why I was contacting them, and to this day still have not heard anything out of anybody from their law office. UPDATE: After leaving this review, Brian finally tried reaching out to me on October 30th, but I was unable to answer while at work. He left 3 messages, with the last having an attitude. I do not get off work until after his office is closed. I took a quick break to call him back, and he was very rude when I called. Claimed he didn't get my message from his website. He claimed they get thousands of messages. I followed the directions on his website, that claims they'll contact you shortly, but they didn't. Don't get upset about a poor ratings for not contacting me. UPDATE AGAIN: another good reason not to trust this Law Firm is because he lied in his reply. He called me on October 30th and 31st and I called him back on October 31st and I've both of our phone records can prove this
