When I first spoke with Rachael Kennedy, she was friendly and asked what my husband and I were looking to do to protect our assets. She did not hurry the conversation and took the time to answer my questions in terminology I could understand. She explained how we could be affected financially if one of us needed a nursing home stay and how best to protect us and our assets. When we meet in person, she asked if I wanted to call my son to answer any questions he may have. I feel Rachael is truly interested in her clients. Rachael Kennedy is wonderful! My 98 year old mother has moved from northeast Iowa to live with my husband and I in southern Missouri. Upon feeling overwhelmed on what to do with an inheritance I began contacting lawyer after lawyer just to try to get some insight. Rachel Kennedy was the last person on my list I was done and fed up until I got a hold of the gal who makes her appointments. She was so pleasant and helpful, along with being the only actual person I was able to talk to that day, she scheduled me an appointment approximately 2 weeks out much to my surprise, Rachel Kennedy contacted me that afternoon. Even after explaining I didn't know what I needed to do or if I'd even have enough money to retain her services she gladly gave me a lot of useful advice.
