I highly rate this Law Firm an A+! Danny and Michelle are truly interested in getting you to feel better and being compensated accordingly. I was in a rear end collision; at first I didn’t experience any pain until a couple weeks after the accident, and then decided to look for help. I called the firm explaining my situation and was then transferred to speak directly with Danny. He is highly knowledgeable in law and did not put any pressure on me to higher him. He basically explained the situation and the process. Both him and his wife (Michelle) are professional and empathetic. They were accommodating to my busy career and handled my case via online portal/ emails and communicated with me by phone. If I was uneasy or unsure of anything (3rd party wise)…. I was able to speak with them and ask for advice. They directed and informed me of my options. They have integrity and do not put on a “show”. I would call them “straight shooters” lol. (no hidden fees, or unexpected stress) I appreciate the gift basket Michelle. If I ever need a lawyer again I will go back to Danny. Danny & Michelle at Russell law firm were phenomenal! I was referred to them by a close friend with whom they handled her case and accident. From beginning to end they made this whole process smooth, comfortable, and easy for me. I was t-boned when a driver ran a stop sign and my car was totaled. I was so lost and had NO IDEA what to do or where to even start. Michelle made me feel like family, and the laughs we shared on our calls and meetings were so uplifting! You can’t go wrong choosing Russell Law Firm! I was in a wreck back in January. First wreck ever, not my fault and totaled my car bad. I had no clue what to do until a friend recommended them to me and boy am I glad she did! They made the whole process painless. It can take a while, so be patient. I promise they are working hard on it and will not disappoint! In the meantime they’ll make sure you have all your medical taken care of and they have a wonderful team of providers to help you get all fixed up and feeling better again! 10/10 recommend :)
