A couple months back in was notified that my credit report was being checked. Upon investigation I found that it was being fraudulently hit by a dealership upon the request of a person I don't know. Well after resolving my immediate issues I contacted Johnathan Raburn and explained my situation. After wards he went to work issuing letters to the credit bureaus and that dealership to remove this credit hit. After the 30 day period he went to work with a lawsuit and as of this past Wednesday all the settlements have been paid out and it was all complete in about 8 months. All I had to do was submit my credit report and sign a couple papers. Johnathan and his team did everything else. I'm very happy with the results and perhaps that dealership will be more responsible in the future when running a person's credit that they are present and it's not credit fruad!

I've had my identity stolen once for sure and possibly twice more in the past couple of years. I have been worried about it every since. I received a check for a few hundred dollars from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for my part of the Lexington Law and Credit Repair.com lawsuit. I figure my mental suffering and anguish over the past few years is worth more than that amount. I tried to explain my situation as best I could to the gatekeeper receptionist. She was very arrogant and condescending from the beginning. She decided that their lawyers could not help me. I asked if there was one available to talk with and she told me no, and to find a local one. Isn't that considered regionalism? If they cannot help someone such as myself then hopefully they will put that as a disclaimer on their website.
