The great people at this law firm dealt with me when I was cranky and in pain. They put up with my bad attitude and still showed me respect. I listened to what they said and did what was necessary and everything worked out appropriately. I chose a doctor of my liking to do my injections that I was comfortable with that was willing to put me under. Unlike past experiences, this law firm got my case resolved quickly and much more In my favor than expected. They worked to get my doctor bills down and made sure I walked away with much more money than they did. Thank you very much for all your help in dealing with my cranky crabby ass. Do not choose this law firm I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM! They had my case since 12/30 of 2023. Only spoke with them twice and I had to call the office. Attorneys and secretaries are very rude who lack sympathy for you. Will not update you on your case nor send emails. You’re just another number! Take your time to find a better attorney and more reliable company like I had to do. Don’t make the mistakes I did by choosing them or waiting to switch!

From the beginning, there was a complete lack of communication—no updates on his case, no returned calls, and no transparency on what was going on. It felt as if they had no interest in actually helping him, despite the serious nature of his situation. When he finally decided to switch to a new lawyer, things got even worse. He called Romero Law Firm to request his case files, only to be told they had been thrown out. This lack of professionalism and disregard for his case was shocking and unacceptable.
