What an unprofessional lawyer He is the fast food of bankruptcy lawyers This guys will not defend you. He used fear and pressure against me so I would blindly sign his paperwork as soon as he types it up in 4 hours. Extremely rude. Highly pressured. He doesn’t want anyone with a high IQ to speak because he likes the sound of his own voice. He talks over you and doesn’t answer your questions directly and it seems like he doesn’t like clients who ask questions He was ready to let me walk into court after a 4 hour meeting knowing that my CPA never filed my personal taxes. Walter enlightened me to this and tried to pressure me to go into bankruptcy prior to filing I went and paid a real lawyer twice as much $$ as Walter asked and they took 3 months to get my situation ready for court. They told me it was mandatory that I filed my taxes before they would file my bankruptcy. Don’t fall for this guys hook line and sinker He gave me horrible legal advice and talked down to me. Very condescending This lawyer will knowingly put you in legal risk via bankruptcy just to make a quick Buck This guy should run a car lot with his tactics and needs to learn to emotional intelligence

This lawyer defended people who were protesting a relative's estate. He was rude and did not have any idea what he was talking about or didn't even take the time to understand. His values are atrocious.

A so-called experienced professional as an attorney, outside of the courtroom and law office, my experience with Walter Sowa III is he is unprofessional, ill-tempered, hostile and unreasonable. He demonstrated this through emails with his print company about a direct mail piece I was creating. His comments were a reflection of his overall lack of professionalism and business experience. Attorneys are plentiful so if you are looking for a person you can communicate with, trust, and relate to for your legal representation, I'd check elsewhere.
