Mr. Mendell, Has no interest in helping families with small budgets. When calling he answers the telephone directly and constantly interrupts with a prosecutorial attitude. He is unfamiliar with 1099-C issues or Wells Fargo Bank fraud issues. You will not be allowed to finish a sentence without him interrupting you. He will demand at least $1500.00 dollars up front. Avoid this lawyer. This is my opinion and experience. Mendell cherry picks cases with deep pockets. He only has two positive reviews. My review is negative. Dale Reynolds
