I never expected to call a law firm and have a lawyer answer the phone and then have that same lawyer be the one to handled my case. However, that's what you get when you work with RC&A. You never have to go through a secretary or wait on hold to talk about your case. I was never bounced around to different people. In the few instances when I had to leave a voicemail when I called on the weekend or in the evening my calls were return in a very timely manner. They're exceptional at what they do and are extremely transparent with expectations. During our first conversation Jeff told me that "if your lawyer seems to be telling you everything you want to hear you are probably with the wrong law firm." I thought that was very refreshing because before I called RC&A I did call a few other law firms and that's exactly what I heard from each of them and I felt like I was buying a used car. DO NOT HIRE ROBERT CALLAHAN. Thanks to his bad advice I spent 2 years detained by Immigration, even when he talked to my Immigration lawyer and he told him that that plea would affect my immigration status he still almost forced me to take it. I had to hire other lawyers to vacate the plea that he “adviced as the best he could do” and it cost me 2 years detained and lots of money to fight my case. Fortunately I got an GREAT Lawyer and now my case is over. Don’t hire him all he wants is your money, the day I took the plea that he advised he make me sign some documents, not knowing that I signed my bond to him. AGAIN DO NOT HIRE SOMEBODY THAT IS JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY AND CAN RUIN YOUR LIFE. @Robert Callahan, don’t lie, you even talked to my immigration lawyer and he clearly told you to tell me not to take the plea that you wanted for me to take, he even told me that he will testify in court what he told you. LIAR.

Robert and his team are excellent lawyers. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and got accused of a crime I didn't commit. Getting another conviction would have been extremely bad for me since I was on probation. Luckily Robert was able to get my case dismissed! They worked out a payment plan with me. They also always answered the phone and explained the whole process to me step by step. Overall, it honestly felt like I was talking to friends and not just an attorney. I highly recommend them if you don't want to go to jail.

Usually I wouldn't write a review for a defense attorney because then everyone knows I got arrested. But Robert did a such a great job that I felt like I had to write a review. I spoke to several attorneys before retaining Robert. Unlike the other attorneys, he was polite, extremely intelligent, and had the patience to sit down and explain the process to someone who knew little about the law. And best of all he got my charges dismissed. Highly recommended!
