Took four months after the divorce papers were filed to receive the final decree for an uncontested divorce. Then received someone's else decree first which I thought was a bit unprofessional. Never notified about the date for the finalization which would have been helpful to me to prepare for considering the same week my mom is on her deathbed.

I’ve only had about 30 minutes of communication with Mr Spaugh and I have already been very pleased with his honesty and help. Will be retaining and will recommend. Some of the comments on here are actually ignorant. Probably from people who did not get the results they wanted which is the risk you take. Of course the lawyer wants money up front that’s how it works. Also, some folks are complaining about the communication. I have left a voicemail and had a phone call returned within 24 hours. Also, his prices are incredible compared to some other organizations. Most places you will go through a paralegal. You are lucky to be able to speak to the lawyer directly.

When he called he was patient with me going over things twice just to make sure I understood. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt helped. I have a sense of relief, which is priceless.
