We used Mr. Reed's office before when Rick ran the office. And had a very good outcome. So we need there service again and this time was the worst experience we've ever had. There was no itemized amount or break down of expenses and didn't receive any paperwork on anything even the settlement. And all the expenses wasn't paid in the settlement. I'm sorry to say if we need there service again we'll go elsewhere.

This law firm doesn't deserve 1 star!! I highly recommend that people should look elsewhere instead of here. They have template with a breakdown of false expenses and you are only going to get 4k and this is with most of his cases.
