I was looking for someone "local" rather that a worlds largest law firm type and I am glad I went with Richard & Bartlett. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and call to update you every week, this may not be the firm for you. But if you want someone to get you the best results, give them a call. We gave them the necessary information, not sure how much of a case we had, after 14 months of trying to get somewhere with the insurance company. Then 10 months later went in to the office to pick up a check! The girls in the office are great. David handled our claim. Thank you all.
