If you don’t want this law firm to laugh in your face, waste your time, make you miss workdays, and take your money, avoid them at all costs. If I could give them a zero star review I would; They didn’t do their job, didn’t fight for me, and didn’t care at all. In the end, I had to pay the fine and their "fees," basically giving them my money for nothing. Attorney Roberto Jones was inefficient and disrespectful. My first court appearance for a speeding ticket was on September 20, 2024. I arrived on time, and the lawyer on duty told me that since it was my first offense, the judge usually dismissed the case if I chose to return for a second hearing. Trusting his advice, I decided to come back on February 6, 2025. After waiting two hours, attorney Roberto Jones called me and simply told me I had to pay the fine. When I asked why, since I had just seen 20 to 25 people get their cases dismissed, he laughed in my face and gave me no valid explanation. I had all my documents in order and had never committed an infraction before, yet they did absolutely nothing to defend me. I demand a refund of the $85 I paid for a service that was never provided. Terrible service, no ethics, and zero commitment to their clients. I do not recommend them at all.

It is astonishing how they are still in business when they have lawyers like Roberto Jones who are very incompetent at their job defending people. Do not waste your time, energy and money only to be treated as a joke to them. Lady on the phone especially was very rude. This firm is a joke.

From the initial phone call to the legal representation itself, the service was passive-aggressive and lacked professionalism. Attorney Jones did not adequately defend or advocate for me, and the firm as a whole failed to deliver the service they claim to provide. It is concerning how such mismanagement continues to operate. The entire team, from the receptionist to the attorneys—especially Roberto Jones—could benefit from extensive retraining. However, beyond just training, there seems to be a fundamental lack of accountability and willingness to acknowledge mistakes. The work ethic at this firm is questionable, as nobody appears genuinely invested in their roles. If you are looking for reliable legal representation, I strongly recommend seeking assistance elsewhere, as this firm does not provide the level of service expected from legal professionals.

God Is the Greatest! But the Lawyer is AMAZING!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾 I literally cried after my dismissal. He literally dismissed 3 cases!!!! I didn’t have a drivers license and there was no way to get it anytime too but this Lawyer did his BIG ONE! Their fee is not even up to $100 and I was skeptical at first but everything worked out well! He is very friendly, super knowledgeable and kind! He didn’t make me feel anxious one bit! The staffs at the front desk are also sweet! Every phone call I put through gets answered in a polite way. Writing a review is honestly the least I can do I’m so grateful for him and this law firm! If you see this review you honestly shouldn’t go no where but here! I didn’t ask for a specific lawyer but my Lawyer was RAYMOND! So ask for him because he’s the one who helped me!
