My boyfriend and I recently purchased a car from a dealership in Ozark, which unfortunately led to a lot of stress, tears, and wasted money. The car turned out to have several mechanical issues, as well as issues with the title and car fax reports not matching up with what we were told. We contacted Ransin hoping to at least get our down payment back, because at the time we thought we would just have to live with the mistake as well as a hefty monthly payment for a car that didn’t run. The people at Ransin Injury Law went above and beyond helping us sort out this mess, and when all was said and done we were able to not only get our down payment back, but the car off of our hands as well. We were contacted regularly with updates about our case and received explanations for anything and everything we didn’t understand. Going into this, we genuinely thought it was hopeless to pursue any legal action against the dealership, but from the very first time we got in contact with the people at Ransin, our hope was restored and we were able to come out on top of a bad situation.
