Id like to first start off that I had contacted Rami on Our situation and had no return call but I did speak to her secretary about the whole situation as she listened and was to give info to Rami that my family was facing. Therefore They were completely aware prior to a situation of the opposing party. With this being said when the situation I contacted her over had a issue arise She Unethically became the opposing party attorney with falsifying a epo against me out of her office on behalf of the opposing party for her own benefit. As I started to research I come to find out it was her secretary who notorized the epo to be sent over to Judge to be signed on top of the False statements conducted for the incident which all was video recorded through out the whole situation that happened which never was presented in court to prove the false info that had been given Instead the epo was dismissed per opposing party request for they knew I had this video recording but did not see it and it was kept out of court. Being a Survivor to Domestic Violence Abuse I find this Unethical behavior should be Disciplined for the Legal System should not be Abused by a Attorney especially Falsifying EPOs when There Truly are People out here who really need them who is indeed being abused stalked and need protective orders and This is a Disgrace being played and abused in the legal system like She did. I will be sure to proceed with a compliant on this Attorney. Just because you may think you got power being a Attorney abusing the legal system that way There Also is a thing called Unethical Misconduct Behavior that needs to be addressed. I would not recommend this Attorney at All. Let this Sink in how Dirty she did me a Actual Survivor to Domestic Violence. This was a Custody issue for My Son for His Daughter When she was born I went ahead hired another attorney who we asked if My Son could try to go see his Daughter at hospital and he responded we could try Thats exactly what My Son did as I and his Father went with him for support. He was denied access lied to by Hospital that his Daughter was not there when the bf to the Mother the opposing party came off elevator with a baby braclet on as we were there waiting for my Son to talk to a caseworker/nurse to provide his DNA results and the Hospital refused him and we went to patient rep in hospital to make a complaint and next we knew Security made all of us leave premises. This was not just a act by the opposing party and attorney but also the Hospital. Next I had a EPO on JUST ME for alleged stalking and as I was the only one at hospital which I was not I was there supporting My Son then Rami stated in a hearing I was only ome there and unhinged Lying when a video recording showed as I video recorded it It was My Son wanting to talk to Caseworker Social Worker and Nurses came out talked to him! This office was aware of the opposing party missing vanished a month before the birth prior to this as I explained to Secretary the situation when I contacted Rami first and then Rami becomes their Attorney. A Conflict was there from the Beginning knowing by me contacting them first knowing the issue already. Be Very Cautious for This Is NOT how Any Attorney should Behave and more so not allowed to be practicing law at all abusing the legal system.as it was done. Not to mention using her political Woke views during custody case NOT Everyone is able to Breastfeed! Know Your client enough before using breastmilk agenda and Women Rights. Its not ok to use tested breastmilk with. a Positve Alcohol result to a baby. Point Blank! I will be proceeding a complaint on Such Unethical Practice. I will not be Silent. This is a Form of Abuse! And Corruption.
