I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. He takes your money but does little to nothing in return. He fails to communicate, does not explain the legal process, and continuously postponed cases without clear justification. You will rarely, if ever, see him in person, as all interactions are handled by his unprofessional and rude stuff. His lack of competence and inability to negotiate effectively only add to the frustration of an already stressful legal situation. If you are looking for an attorney who will advocate for you, provide clear guidance, and work diligently on your case, I urge you to look elsewhere. Hiring him will only waste your time, money, and peace of mind.

Most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!! ! witnessed my mom go through the worst with this firm which caused her so much stress. The staff, besides Denise, is incredibly rude. Perales is so unprofessional, one example being that my mom called him to make sure her court date was still set to which he said YES then we come to find out through Denise that my moms date had actually been cancelled. When confronting Perales about this, he flat out denied ever saying her date was set and told my mom he told her it had been cancelled since the initial phone call. On the other hand, they will literally take your money & charge you for the most absurd things yet they fail to make critical payments to USCIS on time which WILL CAUSE DELAYS in your case. The staff made COUNTLESS ERRORS in my mom's case that caused MORE THAN A YEAR OF DELAYS. Not to worry though, they'll DEFINITELY remember to send you every single invoice of what you owe on time! They NEVER EVER communicate ANYTHING to you, you're better off representing yourself if you choose to hire Ramon Hernandez & his staff.
