Thank God for Mr. McELHINNE, my son was in serious trouble and looking at prison time. The police had the wrong man and did not make any attempt to find the truth. Updated: Based on C. J. McElhinney qualifications and background, this was the first place I called.  Unfortunately, as a potential client, I never received a call back after waiting patiently for four days. I called to follow up to see if my contact information was passed on to the lawyer in order to set up a consultation (as I was told by the person who answered the initial phone call), which was during business hours. No one answered it, and there was no option to leave a message. I’m sure he is an excellent lawyer. My experience is that communication is slow to get back with potential clients, yet like a good defense lawyer, he quickly wrote a letter in reply to a Google review.
