DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL, They are scammers at first they will act like they care about your case and set up an appointment with the lawyer but was never the case it was a finance lady that automatically charged me $5,250 which was our fault, because they never did anything nor investigated I was the one providing every information they were not doing nothing then I finally got the chance to an appointment with a supposedly lawyer name Mariela Garcia keep in mind we had an appointment yet once we got in the google meets she was driving putting no interest she could of at least parked not professional at all! It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my Refund!!!! So PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM DONT FALL FOR THEM

I am writing on behalf of my husband (Jean Jolus )This firm took advantage of a bad situation. We was feeling hopeful. My husband sent over 10,000 dollars to this firm. At the beginning, we would receive updates concerning his situation. Different ones would call only to ask for more money. They will give one price then call back several days and say that ICE had a price change. We started feeling some type of way. Remind you nothing to show but receipts and documents that they requested. Eventually the calls deceased. When we asked to have a meeting with the attorney. We was told that Becky is in and out of the office. Understandable, but we wanted to setup an appointment. There was excuses after excuses. We started with this firm in 2021. When we decided not to send anymore money until we speak to Becky. The calls stopped. Beware of this firm. Maybe they pick and choose who they will prioritize. Remind you, my husband sent over $10,000 to this firm.

This may have been one of the most frustrating, awful experiences I have ever had with a service provider: I chose this firm because of the great exposure and help they provide online and the kindness of the attorney Moriello on her podcasts and I honestly thought this was a serious firm but unfortunately the public-facing people are totally clueless, unprepared, and unqualified! I tried to explain to the "consultant" what I needed and she kept giving me the run around; This people taking the calls are only worried about one and only one thing and that is getting your money! They do not listen to what the customer needs, they don't get out of their "script", gather unnecessary information, try to get you to pay the "consulting fee" which does not even includes talking to a real attorney but to a "client relations coordinator" who is nothing else but another roadblock to get a consultation with an attorney. The process is very misleading and "empty" and drags forever, the "Consultants" don't engage or answer any basic questions )not even legal questions, just process questions about how to navigate their "process) and all they care is getting paid! I was charged even before getting an actual appointment, once they got my money, they too 2 days to get back to me, they gave me a date I could not work with, when I asked for another date, they did not even pay attention and tried to confirm what I told them I could not do, then I get upset and cancelled the whole thing, never got a response, had to call and get to talk to "finance" which was another fiasco trying to get information on when I was going to get my money back and they just told me "it will be processed soon" to what I demanded a receipt for the refund immediately after it was done. Honestly, what a bad taste of experience, I am sure attorney Moriello is great but there is not possible way to get to her with all the hoops they make you go through. If she ever gets this review, I will be more than happy to talk to her about the entire frustrating process and how to be more efficient because I am sure I am not the only one going through this experience.
