I feel so bad for having wasted my time and money on you, charging you $300 for you to tell me the fee for my case, because she was practically asking me to tell me the price of the case and when I had questions she answered me saying I don't know, we have to talk about that in person. I do not recommend this place.

Very disappointed in this law firm! Can not recommend them at all. I scheduled a phone consultation with Jack Rockers but then received a bill for 200 dollars BEFORE I had even had the phone consultation. I don’t know about other people but I don’t pay for a service or product before I receive it. This is just common sense. I offered to come by and meet with Jack Rockers to introduce myself briefly and pay HALF this fee anyway but even then the firm refused partial payment PRIOR to the appointment. So under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I recommend or consider using this firm for anything. I find it highly unusual for ANY business to demand FULL payment of a service prior to providing the service. I would suggest finding a law firm that was more user friendly!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Jack and Brenda! Jack had done my paperwork for DACA for a couple years and he also did the process for my VISA. Brenda is excellent! She alway answered my emails in a timely manner and she made the whole process so smooth! I would highly recommend them!!
