Terrible communication with Carlos Quinonez. Would not use this law firm for family practice or general legal representation, unless you are expecting to be highly disappointed. Lack of preparation for court. Schedules appointments and don’t fulfill them or communicate the changes that may or may not come up. The lists continues but I would say hire at your own risk.

Return my money you didn't earn and we can talk.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on this fraud, FIND A COMPETENT ATTORNEY THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, They DON'T keep their word, they don't research anything and they will just TAKE YOUR MONEY and over bIll you for their mistakes when you tell them don't do that three different times, Then you will have to hire a COMPETENT attorney who will actually do what you pay them for.

Seriously do it yourself or save up and go somewhere else. I do not usually do reviews especially like this but I presented evidence that Mr. Quinonez completely Forgot to include. He did not know how to approach my case. He was unprepared. The entire time it seemed they were too busy to talk to me; I had to beg so many times just to talk to my lawyer. The front desk person that was in charge of calling my witnesses failed to do so and we (Mr. Quinonez and I) found this out the DAY of my trial. The only decent part of all of this was the very beginning BEFORE I paid they seemed good but I now realize it was a ploy. I paid way more money than was worked they maybe put in one hour and a half of time and EFFORT into this trial that involved my children. To them it really was Nothing but EASY money but to me it was Everything and I regret coming here IMMENSELY it will forever be one of my biggest regrets in LIFE. They made $3,000 for minimal effort maybe worth $200 at best. Be advised.

I've been working with Carlos since my initial divorce in 2019 in which he helped me with getting joint custody of my daughter. Due to unforeseen circumstances and my ex suing me for primary custody I've had to keep going to court and using his services until recently. Its been a long battle but Carlos and I were able to get the outcome we wanted and I now have primary custody of my daughter. It is a long and expensive process but there's no one else I would trust to undertake this task.

I had a lot of major life events happen to where I had to postpone my divorce. I paid a lot of money. After everything settled, I finally was ready to go full speed and schedule a hearing. I have multiple emails and text messages of trying to get ahold of anybody at this point. I am still not divorced and cant even afford to pay somebody else another almost 4 grand. I basically gave up trying to get ahold of anybody at this point. My husband is gonna have to be the one to go through another lawyer and get it done. It was an uncontested easy and smooth divorce and it’s still not settled. Just frustrated that we cant get a refund back let alone somebody to call back.
