So I called this entity weeks ago... Very rude very condescending when I spoke to them. Took them weeks to call me back while they're admitting I have a lawsuit they are unwilling to help We the People.

Tom has a great relationship with court system and he shows up on time and gave me all the proper paperwork to have to be ready for court!! I called their office inquiring about employment discrimination, and whoever picked up the phone was incredibly rude. While I was very respectful and limiting myself to answer his questions, at one point he interrupted saying he was going to have control of the conversation and I had to let him speak, because it was late and he was working during the holidays, apparently he was stressed. I told him I was just trying to answer his question and that he didn't have to be rude about it. He then said that "perhaps you should call another attorney" and hung up. I've had hundreds, if not thousands, of clients throughout my professional career, and I would never dare to address one of my clients the way this guy was addressing me. I had nothing but respect and patience with him. If he doesn't like working with people, he should maybe try another career. This was on 12/22/2023 at 6:03 pm
