Went to Pritzke & Davis for help with my elderly widowed mom, who needed to update her will, after another Greenfield law firm just sat on the paperwork and wouldn't do the job after four months. They told us it would take about 2 weeks. This was in Oct. 2023. By the end of December, we finally had an appt but it was canceled because the attorney was too busy to do the work. Got another appointment at the end of January. When she called this week to confirm the appointment, she was told they don't have time and she'll just have to go somewhere else. Unclear if they'll send her paperwork back or if she'll have to go to their office to pick it up. I find it shocking they would act so unprofessionally. If they didn't have time to take on my mom's legal work, they should have just said so. They never reached out once about this, she just kept contacting them because she's anxious to get this completed, given she's 84 years old. My parents used Mr. Pritzke for their original will and other minor legal work over the years. He was prompt and professional. But since he's left, I guess the firm doesn't care about helping people anymore.

I am so disappointed with my experience with this law firm. I could never get a hold of my attorney to speak to them before my hearing. When I finally got the chance to speak to them 2 days before, I voiced my concerns and they made it sound like the other party wasn't going to get anything I didn't want them to. Day of hearing, I was bombarded with decisions I had to make that day that I was not made aware of until that moment. I had never been through this before and was not comfortable with the decisions I was basically forced to make last minute. 2 months after hearing, I still hadn't received anything about what happens next as far as the obligations agreed upon and every time I contact the office the attorney's paralegal keeps saying they will get back to me and never does. I contacted them 4 times in one week with that same answer each time. I have been in a difficult situation with this whole experience and they only made it worse. I did not feel like they were on my side at all during this process.

DO NOT use Ed Walter. He screwed my case up big time. I hired him for a serious slip and fall which resulted in 4 major surgeries and was told I need a 5th one which I decided not to do in fear of losing my foot. He seemed blind sided at depositions because he didn’t do his homework When the case was settled he some how forgot to pay the insurance company. He had 6000 In escrow of my money which I agreed for any hospital bills that came in within 30 Days. After thirty days I started requesting my money and he would not release it to me. The money was for any medical bills not for a high mistake he made then to top it off I agree on 6000 in escrow have that in writing then all of a sudden I have 9000 in escrow which I was never told about until insurance mistake came about. Ed admitted he knew he was suppose to pay the insurance out of settlement also have that in text but just plainly didn’t see the need until all monies was disbursed. He took my 9000 dollars and paid the insurance company after I had refused to release it to him. I believe even if the 6000 was considered under medical I am owed 3000 that I did not agree to put in escrow. I believe this is called theft please do not use Ed Walter. He talked me into taking way less that the injury was worth if I had to do it all over again I would have went with someone more knowledgeable on slip and fall cases. You been warned. Oh last but not least the insurance co was on my side. They read me every conversation that they had with him and insurance co even said they caught him in lies and back peddling

Ed Walter did my divorce 5 years ago. I am still happy with my settlement and the high quality job Ed did for me. Would definitely us him and Pritzke & Davis law firm again!

Worst lawyer in Greenfield!! Been dealing with them 6 months doing something simple. Made appointment to meet with him on June 8th drove up from GA. He would not meet with us and he Withdrew from the case
