I had services for mediation here. Under ND law the state provides for 6 hours of no cost during divorces. The lady who did the mediation on the first time gave me 5 minutes of time to speak with her after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes that was alotted to my ex. The second time I received 10 minutes while again my ex received 1 hour and 50 minutes I did not return for the third time as I felt I was not given a fair amount of time, and my ex had no intention of working out anything. The state should require equal amounts of time for mediation, and this shouldn't happen to anyone else.
