NPS Shakopee, MN On January 15th, 2019 I was driving into work when an uninsured motorist, who was hit from behind, hit me almost head on, with injuries requiring surgery.  The insurance company compensated me for my car, which was totaled, however when it came to covering my medical expenses they came up short.  Considering that I had never been in an accident before, I was at a loss of what to do.  Then a good friend of mine suggested working with Tom Pappenfus, who specializes in cases like this, to represent me.  After meeting with Tom he took charge of the situation and helped me handle the medical insurance bills denied by my insurance company.  All further bills were directed to Tom to handle.
