Our fiance visa was approved, so I am satisfied with that aspect of services provided. However, early in the process, I was assigned a case worker who was not doing their job at all and was therefore fired (to my understanding), so that portion of services gets an F. Other than that, I felt that the overall response time was sluggish, averaging 1-2 business days for questions that I had. A few questions were answered promptly, but the majority of questions took longer than a full business day to receive a response. Also, when it came time for the interview, no coaching/education on what my fiance could expect was offered/provided, she had to do her own research. Overall, it felt like a minimum amount of services were provided. If Panteva wants to improve, they can: quicken their response time, provide their clients a better overview of the visa process at the outset, and provide training for the interview portion.
