I hired Nova Legal Group for a case. My lawyer didn't even know I sent the firm information for the case. He was late and called my name in the courtroom. I got the worst plea bargain deal I could've gotten if I represented myself. I thought hiring a "known firm, with years of legal experience" would've better my legal circumstances. They definitely were quick to text, call, and email me for the fees, and lied about the payment arrangement, I initially agreed to. I personally would never use the firm again. I felt like they just took the money. Don't waste yours.
