When a firm takes detailed information from you pretending that another person will contact you and nothing happens, you are left with a very sour taste in your mouth. Now, this particular firm claims that it did business with Benjamin Holt. I am sure the fact that Caterpillar became an international firm and moved out of this wretched area that this pseudo-law firm was a contributing factor to such momentous decision. Shame. And no response from the owner please. Learn and move on. You get an F- in customer service.
