I had 2 failed foot surgeries then a hardware removal surgery. I applied for disability and went with a law firm in Chicago seeing as this place has been around a while. My experience has been terrible. I had to hound the first lawyer and case manager to get paperwork.. or would have to call multiple times and leave messages to get a call back even if we scheduled the next phone call and time while on the phone previously. Then you get switched to another lawyer and case manager once going to hearing and Julie Arlowe the case manager is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered via business wise. Her tone, she cuts you off, and it's like you are a burden to her time. Example I had been giving a whole bunch of information to the first case manager and that Information wasn't passed along...and I kept saying well I told her this and this on this date. Sir I'm not her I'm asking the questions now ... excuse me I have been calling in after every appointment for a year + now. And now I need to recall everything all over again for you be patient I have seen so many doctors and had countless appointments. The way she talks to you. It's like hello if I win you get paid from my money that's owed to my family the least you could do is be nice. Go anywhere else!!!

I am the spouse of this reviewer, but I just want to thank Sean who helped me about a month ago over the phone in regards to answering some questions involving my father's estate and disability law. He was timely, helpful, and thorough in response. I really appreciate that and wanted to officially say as much. Thank You to Sean and also to Nash Disability Law for continuously showing kindness and consideration to clients new, old, and anywhere in between!

Hi I contacted Nash to discuss my disability, and after a short discussion, they informed me that I was a good candidate to receive benefits. The rest was easy because they handled everything. The communication was great! As excepted, I was denied 2 times, before my case went to a judge. Nash provided an attorney, as expected. His name is Spelios. He did a magnificent job preparing me for the prior to my call with the judge, which took ~45 minutes, as well as during the call. I received a call yesterday from Spelios indicating that the ruling was favorable. The judge made his ruling in just over 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the support Nash provided me and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!! Tom R

They worked hard and fought for me and got me my disability. They were continuing to check in on me to see how I was doing they went above and beyond for me I was very satisfied and would highly recommend.

In short, the case management department was confusing as my contact person changed frequently. If it wasn't for me, they wouldn't have many of my records....
