David Ruiz is a horrible lawyer and a thief. He lost one case and kept the money for another case. They'll put two lawyers on the phone so they can charge double. They charge monthly for their subscription to look up law cases. I wonder how many people are paying for the same subscription? David is very friendly while you're paying him, then a complete jerk when you've paid off $60,000 without a win. He advised me to say I was guilty because he didn't know how to win the case, I refused and had to go to superior court on my own. I won my appeal that they lost by looking up laws on the internet. Now I'm forced to hire another attorney to get $22,000 back that David flat out said he's keeping. Don't hire these shysters!
