It all starts from the first receptionist when I call the number to Morgan & Morgan then they transfer me to the correct department which was work related injury and I spoke to Brenda who was brilliant exquisite to talk to made everything easy and seamless and really cared for me and for my accident I had an accident earlier today with the company car I work for and it started at the beginning of my shift and as I was heading to a post cause I am a security supervisor rover for Elite guard. Long story short Brenda really took the time to listen to what I had to say ask the correct questions but did it with such care and honesty through her voice you heard it in her voice that she cared and I told her at the end of the call I used to work and call center so I kind of have to know a person's voice and go buy a person's voice and you can just tell right off the bat that she really listened really cared really got detail of what happened and everything in between and also stayed on the line to help you with the contracts and I made two contracts one for the crash and one for the workers comp and it was all done in 42 minutes. During this stressful time, Thank you so much Morgan and Morgan for putting the people first.
