My case staff, especially Natalie Blake, made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process from the first time we spoke until my case was closed. She answered any question I may have had without before I had to ask them. She set expectations, kept me informed, and checked in with me frequently. The case staff there genuinely care about you as a person and you're in great hands with them.

Overall I was very happy and confident that I'd have a good outcome. The doing everything on the phone and email was great. The only reason I didn't give across the board excellent ratings is they don't keep you informed for long periods of time. So the saying " no news is good news" definitely applies here! It's definitely worth it though because they did a great job!

Samantha is good, just an employee doing what upper management wants her to do. Chris, was nice but he would ask me what my expectations were and he never said they were unrealistic. In the end M & M did not come close to my expectations. When telling me my reward after fees was $8k I was very upset. Then I was told there was a mistake and I would get $13k. Still much less then my expectations. Finally the $500 hold back should have been sent after 3 months. 6 months later I had to call repeatedly to get that money sent. I believe M&M does this purposefully and systematically, hoping people forget about it thus creating another revenue stream. Very dishonest.

Excellent customer service! Dee guided me through the entire process. The firm was very prompt! I never had to wait an extended amount of time for assistance. I submitted the information online and within seconds I received a phone call, followed up by a text message. I've never received faster or more professional service. To top it off, the firm is available to me 24 hours. You can't ask for better service.
