Level of honesty and integrity is top notch. I came in with a lot of questions and needed answers. Benton Ross took his time and answered all of my questions, and gave me answers to questions I wasn't aware that I needed answers to. He took his time and explained all aspects of my case and how it would be handled. I've never needed a lawyer before and didn't know exactly who to call or what to expect. The staff doesn’t return phone call messages or answer questions regarding important issues. Christina must live with phones attached to her ears because she is never available and never calls back. It takes multiple calls over days or weeks for her to respond. Doug however is one of the most helpful we have had contact with. Christina on the other hand blows off her clients and messages. I personally am not the client but my fiance and a good friend of mine are both clients and they continue to get the run around.
