Don't even waste your time calling them. I called them 3 times on the space of 3 weeks. Every time they'd say that a lawyer wasn't available; which is understandable, then said that they'd get back to me but didn't do it. On every single one of these calls, I'd have to explain my case all over again; realizing that no one was actually writing this down. My last call with them, I told them that it was fine if they were not interested but they should let me know so I wouldn't waste my time. They told me not to worry and scheduled a phone appointment. Same appointment which I was asked to confirm TWICE. The time of the appointment comes, no phone call. 40 minutes later I text the secretary asking what's going on. They tried fixing it by sending an email sending I didn't respond to the phone call when they reached out. After waiting for 40 minutes I was obviously not going to answer to them. I would be constantly worried if their law firm took my case, because if this is how hard it is for them to be professional just to schedule an appointment with a possible client, I can't even imagine when it comes to dealing with immigration cases.

This place is a complete joke. I referred my daughter to this organization and what a mess. No one ever responds to e-mail or telephone calls. This was a wrongful termination from Sutter Medical Centers. The attorney at consultation had us bring in a ton of paperwork and told us that if they could not handle the case that he would help us to find another attorney. It has been two months and huge waste of time. No one is accountable for anything. We were told that a letter was sent to Sutter Medical. We never spoke with this attorney again. We have now wasted two months waiting for a return e-mail of phone call . Nothing. My daughter called today to have her file returned and was told that it would be available in three weeks. That's another month. That is a total of three months with no activity. What a waste of people's time. The biggest concern is that I made this referral after stopping by the office as I was visiting Oakland and speaking with the person at the front desk . My daughter also had a phone consultation prior to going in. Just a very unprofessional way of doing business. I really want to go there and picket their business just to warn others about their lack of customer service.
