I had the misfortune of having to deal with Richard Hollander and he has zero patience or etiquette. All he cares about is money. No one should have to put up with such nastiness especially clients and prospective clients who are likely going through one of the most difficult times in life-having to seek bankruptcy protection. Best thing the tired, angry old bag could do is just retire already and do himself and especially everyone else a favor.

I was lucky enough to find Miller, Hollander and Jeda during a very dark time in my life nearly 10 years ago. They walked us through everything then and it was such a relief! In the time since , I've been building back and have done very well! I'm super excited to have this off of my record in another couple of months. Last week I received a 1099 from an old creditor (2005) who was writing off my loan as bad debt and wrote me a note stating that I would have to declare the $200k as income and pay taxes on it! SUPER STRESSFUL! Even though it has been so long, Attorney Melissa Jeda actually answered the phone herself when I called and was MOST reassuring and helpful! I was prepared to have to make an appointment and spend more money to figure this out, but Attorney Jeda took the time to look everything up for me while on the phone and advise me that I was covered and how to handle it! I may have made some poor decisions back in the day, but retaining Miller, Hollander and Jeda was not one of them!
