I dont normally like giving negative reviews but honestly either the positive reviews are family members or friends of this firm. To start off very RUDE lawyer if you ask a question. Second DO NOT Send emails regarding your case because these people are charging to email them after they take weeks with no update with simple questions i was charge for it. After to long of just getting charge for NOTHING i had enough I solved my issue by myself and i let her know i didnt want her as my lawyer she insisted to send it to the judge after i solved my own case. Its sad how these lawyers charge to even email them if you are a person stressing like i was be prepare to Stress and pay to stress even more with a hefty bill!

Unprofessional- she let things get personal. Inexperienced with children and didnt have any of her own when I worked with her which was very obvious. In addition, didn't answer an email so she could intentionally charge a single mother $4500 out of spite. Most distressingly, let jealousy dictate her interactions with opposing parties. These statements are my opinions and my experience, but I would never recommend Kate Miller to anyone. I'm officially done with her.

I would highly recommend Kate Miller and her team! Throughout my divorce process they were all there with me mentally, emotionally and legally. I was 6 months pregnant when my ex-husband put me out of our home and changed the locks. He also refused to support me or the baby.
