I had such a great experience with Mike Morse Law Firm! Everyone was so kind and helpful, but Josh Farr was the absolute best. He really took care of me, and I appreciate everything he did. One of the main reasons I chose Mike Morse was because of his commercials with his mother—I adored them! They always stood out to me, and I felt like if he cared that much about family, he’d care about his clients too. And I was right! A few years ago, I had an issue and needed an attorney. I called Sam Bernstein’s office, told them everything, and never heard back. When I finally called them, they basically told me my case wasn’t worth enough money for them to bother. So when I had a serious accident this time around, I knew I wouldn’t be calling them. And I’m so glad I didn’t! Mike Morse and his team treated me with respect and kindness from the start. In the end the fees and percentage of what I was charged was misleading from the beginning. It took over a year for my settlement which wasn't settled out of court. It was my belief they were going to charge 30% when in the end it ended up being 33%. Ended up being a little over 35% with the fees for other things that come out other than the initial agreement. "They don't explain it very well but it says in the fine print" when in reality I hired them because I'm not a lawyer and don't understand their contracts enough to understand their "fine print".. I talked to an attorney a total of two times. One time to say the settlement was ready a couple days ago. Once to explain how much they were taking from me in fees and honestly I never had any contact with an attorney other than that. Over all it doesn't set well with my stomach. Do your research. Before signing anything try TOP DOG LAW and see how they stack up. I know next time I will do more research before trusting anyone with my money like that.

I recommend this Law Firm to anyone that needs help with any type of case. They are loving people, they will sit down and understand your needs and just be there for you through hard times. They will fight for you and make sure they will get what you deserve. Claire was wonderful on following up and keeping me updated on my case. My experience with the Mike Morris Law Firm was disappointing and frustrating. I reached out to them for representation on a slip and fall general liability case, but unfortunately, the service I received was far below expectations. Throughout the almost two-year duration of my case, I found myself constantly having to initiate contact for updates, as they never reached out proactively. Each time I called, I was told that the case was in the “negotiation period,” but I never received any meaningful progress updates. Adding to my frustration, there seemed to be a constant turnover of attorneys assigned to my case. This lack of continuity led to delays and a lack of clear communication. After nearly two years of waiting, I was eventually informed that my case would be transferred to another law firm. Unfortunately, the second firm proved to be just as unresponsive. While the firm’s advertisements suggest they handle large cases effectively, my experience made it clear that this may only apply to cases of significant size. For clients with smaller claims, the level of service and attention to detail may fall short. Overall, I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.
