He called me back within 1 business day, he asked a few questions and unfortunately he couldn't represent me because he's from So Cal and I am from Nor Cal but he still took the time to explain the process of what I should expect and do. I already went through 2 lawyers unfortunately for my case before I found Michael Ocampo. Due to Covid, my case was at a standstill and kept getting pushed back prolonging the uncertainty of my future. Michael Ocampo took over and timely moved the case to a positive direction. I'm not one to generally leave reviews, but Michael Ocampo knocked it out of the park so I had to share. I had a conviction from 20+ years ago that we tried to get expunged, the judge was somewhat of a stickler for details, and there was some information missing to be able to get the expungement. I found a bunch of old paperwork the judge needed, but Michael not only presented this information in the most professional, thorough, and concise manner, he also found a statute from a previous case that showed the judge that I deserve a second try at this. After getting our original hearing delayed to get this additional info, we finally were successful in getting the expungement. I honestly believe that some other lawyers might not have been able to do what he did, given the extended time since the original conviction as well as the thoroughness needed to make this case successful. Not only that, he's very cool and down to earth, yet extremely professional and well-presented. I'm sharing this anywhere I can, I highly recommend him!
