I wish I can give zero stars, extremely disappointed with the negligible amount of work put in my case by James. It was disappointing that nothing was sent out to the State for a month, causing unnecessary delays. No efforts for negotiations were made. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! He misguided me that if I will go to pretrial or deposition, PTI will be off the table, which was not TRUE!! He wanted easy money without putting any work or effort. He made it very clear that state will NOT drop the charges. Ultimately, I switched to a female attorney (different firm) who effectively managed my case, she fought for me until the very end. Onboarding her was a game changer and eventually the case was dismissed and charges were dropped prior even heading to the first court hearing.
