Brett took care of my DUI case about 8 years ago. I still to this day occasionally think about running into him and his family out at dinner or even the grocery store and paying their tab or doing something nice for him since he really did save my life by pointing out the inconsistencies with the officers’ stories. At the minimum - leaving a solid review for a solid man and a great great lawyer is the best I could do for now. Brett shot me straight on what to expect during trial, and … since the trial was easier than he thought it was going to be, he cut me a deal and didn’t charge me the full amount we agreed on even though he was more than entitled to do so. I wish there was an option to give McIntosh Law a 5,000 star review!!! I served on a jury a few months ago that was considered a "high profile" trial.... although I had not heard of it prior. At the end of the trial we came back with a verdict that the defense was undoubtedly not happy with, but we were unanimous. A few weeks after the trial I discovered that the defense attorney was personally and publicly attacking me. He accused me of lying and not disclosing information with regards to domestic violence. He disclosed information from 20+ years ago when my ex husband filed 2 different petitions accusing me of domestic violence....both of which were dismissed.... the judge wouldn't even hear one of them, no charges were filed and I won them both!! Of course this defense attorney that was attacking me didn't mention that which makes the accusations against me fraudulent. At the time I didn't realize this and literally felt like I was going down a rabbit hole and didn't see anyway out. I was referred to McIntosh Law and at my first appointment I met with Brett McIntosh and Beth Loeffler in their office. It took both of them to pull me in off of the ledge.... they were both so amazing and encouraging. After that first meeting I dealt with Beth and let me tell you.... she was all over it!!!! She worked tirelessly to get my name cleared, she was super compassionate with me by being supportive but by also making me hold my head high because, as she told me numerous times I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!!!! Beth's knowledge the law is unbelievable.... she is an outstanding attorney and was a God send to me!!!! Kevin Griffith helped our company with a problem with an unlicensed contractor. Let me first start off by saying WOW, as soon as i called his office he got right on the phone with me and asked me what can i do to help? I told him my dilemma with the unlicensed contractor then sent him all the information and 24 hours later he had repaired all the damaged caused by the unlicensed contractor and even saved us from receiving any penalties from DBPR. Kevin is an outstanding attorney and we will recommend him to anyone we know that would need his services. I'm serious 24 hours and it was over. I personally think that if you don't hire Kevin Griffith then you are not keen on winning. Just my thought after and how he fought for us. Thank you Kevin GREAT JOB!.
