I dealt with Mr. McGuire when I was 9 years old, in 1998 due to a car accident. We required his legal services for me, to set aside money for when I turned 18. When I came back to Mr. McGuire in 2007, he had no clue whom I was. He tried to charge me for his services that we paid for prior. I would not go to this man for his services. I went to him for criminal issues in waxahachie, tx and he treated me guilty, even as my attorney. I had to beg him to do his job. Went to court and he just sat there and asked for more time to investigate. Then when he would talk to me one on one, he wouldn’t look at me, he would stare at the wall. He told me to take the deal, it was the best I could get unless I wanted to spend more money. When I spoke about money, his eyes widened. When I spoke about the cops breaking into my house, throwing me in the cop car, and abusing me, he didn’t care. Waxahachie police officers 2015. I have significant encephalomalacia on my left frontal lobe. Yes. Brain damage. This man sat there and harassed and treated me like a delinquent when I had a head injury and stroke in 1998. He never once asked about my medical records which is why he handled my case in 1998. He is an ambulance chaser.

The man who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked about a prenup, the man said tell me more about the situation and I explained how it’s a little complex and I mentioned how my uncle is also a lawyer and told me I should consult with a lawyer who practices family law. The man proceeds to tell me I’m a bit too cautious and I should get my damn uncle to do the prenup. I’ve seen the complaints about this firm and also seen quite a bit of people recommend them… but for a firm that cares that little for a someone trying to get help and also give them business is just a bit odd to me. They may do good work, but sounds like they don’t really care about helping.
