Communication is poor. Things are moving slow. Krystal was great but new lady rarely returns calls. Calling me once a month for updates is crazy of I even get that call. All sources of communication usually takes place on my behalf, if not I wouldn't even hear from them. I wish I could be like everyone else and say this was/has been a pleasant experience. 🙂
