A little different review here: I dealt with Cheryl during a support modification process (My ex wife retained her). I opted to go forward Pro Se (to save money from hiring an attorney). First off, Cheryl is 100 times more professional than my exes previous attorney. Second, she was very respectful towards me and did not take advantage of me (me not knowing the ins and outs of the process). We came up with a fair conclusion. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a divorce lawyer (I have heard from several people in the system that Cheryl is tough when she wants/needs to be. Thankfully neither was necessary) Thank you Cheryl!

I have evidence that this attorney was fully aware my wife was mentally unstable and an alcoholic and was willfully negligent in pushing her for custody of the children as leverage and a bargaining chip in our divorce to acquire more support. My wife, driving drunk, drove at a high rate of speed into a tree fracturing my daughter's back in five places. This attorney's greed and blatant disregard for the welfare of the children will be addressed.

Cheryl is a very personable and capable attorney. She is aggressive when she needs to be and thorough in her approach. She represented my brother, to whom I am his guardian, through a VERY difficult, lengthy divorce and custody proceeding. At times I was frustrated with what I perceived to be a lack of progress but grew to understand my frustration was with the system and not Cheryl. She was always prepared, had a firm understanding of the issues and rules, and is well respected in the courtroom. While they say neither side will be happy with the decision I can honestly say I walked away knowing we achieved the best results we could have hoped for. Divorce is never easy on anyone. Cheryl represented us through child custody, a 5 year divorce battle, and child support. Let's face it, there are no winners in any of this, however I feel the outcome was as best as can be expected! I felt confident walking into the conferences, and hearings knowing Cheryl was by our side! She is a well respect attorney in the Chester County Court System.
