Customer service is impossible to get through to, and their online options are bad as well. Unprofessional and slow, they must have a lack of employees or competence.

Terrible, unorganized and rude. "Otherwise, we could schedule a closing, the buyer could take time off from work, travel to our office, only for us not to be able to close due to the missing information" Why would you even include that unprofessional commentary with multiple people CC'd on the chain.

Predatory foreclosures. These cretins sold my house, gave me no notice....and gave my phone and email information to the buyer. One step ahead fo the law. They told me "they have no obligation to contact me under the statute (they sent me) that says "Certified Mail with RETURN RECEIPT." They say they have no signature receipt. This is what they do....screw you! They actually had an attorney call me ....a friend....wanting $5K to represent me against these low lifes. LOWEST OF THE LOW. Tomiya Lewis and Briana Tookes refused to tell me the name of their supervi$ors at the firm of McCalla, Raymer, Leibert, and Pierce. Low lifes! GA Bar complaints do not scare them. They do not care!!! $$$$ 2 stars out of 5 ratings in Google Reviews? They do not care!!!!

Unfortunately, My 14 year old son father passed away and the money from his house goes to my son. I've been dealing with attorney, Kimberly Wright, and she asked asked for our IDs , birth certificate, a couple of documents to be notarized, i emailed and mailed her everything and haven't heard from her in 3 months. I have emailed and called and and she have not returned neither. I will have retain a real lawyer and fight for what's due to my child. I knew this law firm was shady when i read the reviews.
